The path that led me here

The story behind my work
We all carry places inside us that shape who we become.
For me, that place began on a family farm in the mountains of McCall, Idaho surrounded by wildlife, open land, quiet moments, and the kind of beauty that teaches you to notice the small things.
My whimsical folk art paintings invite us back to those tender places within ourselves; the celebrations, the challenges, the memories, and the long human journey of finding peace again at home.
Through acrylic and mixed media, I explores nature, identity, healing, and transformation. Each of my pieces becomes a story of belonging, a way of honoring where we have been, who we have survived being, and who we are still becoming.
Through my art, I hope to evoke a sense of home and quiet belonging we carry within ourselves.
